Refund policy

Every Ai + You piece is printed just for you when you order it. Because nothing is made in advance, we can't take returns for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

If something is wrong with your order

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

• Email us at simplyswanfarm@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
• You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order never arrives, contact us and we'll sort it out. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once the shipping cost has been paid again.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to stop it before printing.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
